What do these demographics mean for my company?

Today, 53% of the workforce, includes people of color, women and immigrants, approximately 47% are women.

By the year 2005, 85% of those entering the workforce will be women, people of color, and immigrants.

This is the first time in our history that there are more elderly people than teenagers.
